After an extremely successful season which saw 3 of our 12 teams finish as minor premiers, and 7 out of the 12 teams making the semi finals this year, we’ve got some excellent cricket happening this weekend around the club.
This weekend, our junior boys are in action in the morning. Please note venues are to be confirmed
- Undefeated Minor Premiers Under 12 Orange will play a home semi final at Sam Loxton 2 against Palm Beach Maroon on Saturday and Sunday
- Under 15s will head to Morrie Glasman to take on Southport Labrador in their semi final.
Our senior teams will take to the field in the afternoon:
- 2nd grade will take on Burleigh on Saturday and Sunday, at Sam Loxton Oval
- 3rd grade will take on Palm Beach on Saturday and Sunday, at Bartercard Oval
- 4th Grade will play Southport Labrador at home on Saturday, at Sam Loxton 2.
- 5th Grade Navy will play Surfers Paradise at Sam Loxton 4 (Southern end up the top) in their semi final on Saturday
- 6th Grade Navy will be at Sam Loxton 3 also against Surfers Paradise on Saturday
Good luck to all our competing teams in finals, it would be fantastic to see the bay competing for a premiership in all 5 senior grades this year. If anyone is not playing this weekend, don’t forget to head down to the club or one to a venue where our boys are playing to support our club. There’ll be cricket at the club all day Saturday and Sunday so head down for a great weekend at the club.
