The Fastest Man in the Bay - Results

The Fastest Man at the Bay 2010 was held at the Christmas Party in December 2010, with Ben Solomon taking out the prize.

Ben held off Michael Greene and Daniel Goldsmith in the final to take out the prize, after a competitive heat, which wasn't short on controversy. The heat was too close to call, with nothing separating the Greenie, Benny and Goldie. The three then took part in a final heat, with Goldie breaking early for a false start. After the restart, Benny took out the race by a fraction of a metre with Greenie in hot pursuit.

Gold Coast Cricket Tipping Competition

Cricket Gold Coast has launched a new Cricket Tipping competition for season 2010/11.

It is based around the Gold Coast 1st Grade fixtures, and also features The Gold Coast Dolphins 1st grade matches.
